Honestly, we couldn’t have asked for a better experience. Our fieldstone chimney was in really bad shape and needed a complete overhaul – a new poured cap and a lot of mortar replacement. We chose H.A. O’Neil based on all the great reviews we’d read, and we weren’t disappointed. Pat was fantastic, he came out right away to discuss our options and gave us some really competitive quotes. The whole team was wonderful to work with, incredibly professional, and they were so patient with our dog and kids, who were always curious about what they were doing. They even cleaned up every night, which was just amazing. We're absolutely thrilled with the work they did and would definitely recommend them to anyone.

We were so pleased with the work H.A. O’Neil did on our chimney and stone wall in Stockbridge. From the very beginning, they were incredibly responsive and professional, and we really appreciated their strong reputation for working on high-quality homes in our area. Their initial proposal was thorough and detailed, and we knew we’d made the right choice. The crew was fantastic – they arrived on time, worked incredibly efficiently, and were just a pleasure to have around. They were friendly, clearly knowledgeable, and did a truly expert job. The job itself was quite extensive, requiring scaffolding and a portable toilet, and they handled everything perfectly. The pointing is beautiful, the walls were properly cleaned with acid, and all the joints are sealed to prevent water damage. And after the work was finished, Harley O’Neil himself came by to make sure we were completely satisfied. They left the whole area spotless – everything was removed and the site was clean. We wholeheartedly recommend H.A. O’Neil; they’re a first-rate masonry contractor, and we’ll definitely be using them for all our future masonry needs.
