“We weren’t able to continue the monitoring service in 2020 because it was determined a completely new system needed installation, and the existing one was already 10 years old. Frankly, it felt like the priority was profit over genuine concern for safety – especially considering how many older systems are still successfully operating today.”

However, when I decided to discontinue the service due to cost concerns and inquired about options for continuing to use my home alarm system locally, I was unfortunately met with a complete lack of support. They were unwilling to assist me with any alternative arrangements, essentially stating I wouldn’t receive help unless I remained on their payment plan. Frankly, this felt incredibly dismissive and poor customer service, and it’s made me reconsider using their services in the future.”

Honestly, my experience with this company has been incredibly concerning. They were okay until we really needed them – when our fire alarm went off and there was absolutely no response from anyone. Thankfully, we knew how to handle it ourselves. Then, when I tried to get information about what had happened, I was told there was no alarm triggered on their end, and they suggested I just call when the office was open. It’s been a nightmare trying to get them to actually help. Months ago, I called to upgrade my system, and nobody followed up. I had to repeatedly ask to speak to someone in charge, and while he apologized and promised to look into it, I received zero communication – despite sending him multiple emails, including one expressing my frustration. I’ve since cancelled the service, but I’m shocked by the complete lack of responsiveness and what feels like serious incompetence, especially considering I’m paying for security. I would definitely advise others to proceed with caution.
