  “I’m incredibly disappointed and frankly, deeply concerned about my experience with this company. My wife and I entrusted them with $44,497, intended for supplies and subcontractor payments, but they’ve essentially vanished with the funds. We terminated our contract on May 13th, 2024, and were repeatedly told they were processing a refund, pending investor approval – which is completely unacceptable; it’s our money. Since then, they’ve ignored all our calls, emails, and attempts to speak with someone in person. It’s clear they have no intention of resolving this. We're now taking legal action, and even the lawsuit seems to be going unnoticed. Based on multiple accounts I’ve heard from other people, I strongly advise against doing business with Texas Built Construction – it appears they have a pattern of taking money and disappearing. I’ve also noticed attempts to remove negative reviews, which further reinforces my concerns about their practices.” report abuse

  “I cannot recommend Texas Built Construction. Our experience with them was absolutely disastrous. We hired them for a commercial construction project and were left with nothing for months – they simply didn’t do any work. When we tried to terminate the contract, they refused to return the $45,000 we’d already paid. We pursued legal action with our lawyer, but they ignored us completely. This company is clearly fraudulent, and we’ve heard similar stories from other clients. Please, do yourself a favor and avoid them at all costs.” report abuse
