  “I had an absolutely fantastic experience with Floor Hut! From start to finish, the team really went above and beyond. Creswell and Danny were incredibly welcoming and treated me like a valued customer – they genuinely felt like family. They didn’t pressure me into anything I didn’t need, and took the time to let me carefully look at all the carpet samples. They even offered water while I was browsing, which was a really nice touch. Both Danny and Creswell were so knowledgeable about carpet and patiently answered all my questions. I felt completely comfortable and confident in my decision. The installers were also fantastic – friendly and punctual, and the work they did was top-notch. Honestly, I couldn’t be happier with the quality and service.   “Overall, Danny and his team did a fantastic job. From the initial visit where Danny took really thorough measurements and explained the installation process, to the quick and efficient completion of the project within three days – it was all handled very professionally. They even took care of removing the old floor and tiles for me! There was a little dust on the first day, but they cleaned up beautifully afterward.   “We were really pleased with Floor Hut – they offered us a fantastic price on our new carpets, significantly lower than other quotes we’d gotten. The installation team was fantastic; they were quick, professional, and did a really thorough job, taking care of everything from removing the old carpet to installing the padding and new carpet without a single issue.   “We hired Floor Hut based on the positive reviews, but unfortunately, our experience was incredibly disappointing. While Danny was helpful in helping us choose our engineered hardwood flooring and setting up the project, the aftermath was a complete nightmare. We were really relying on their furniture moving service – as new parents, we appreciated any assistance – and were assured they would protect our belongings. Danny told us not to worry about our furniture and that they’d take care of the big items, and that the kitchen would be taped off, so we wouldn’t have to be there during the tear-down and installation. However, when I returned home after the first day, I was shocked to find all our furniture covered in dust, including our couches, our grandmother’s piano, and our dining room table. The kitchen wasn’t taped off, and it was exposed to a huge mess, with dust covering everything on our countertops. Even worse, the guest bathroom was completely trashed. It was utterly disrespectful and left us feeling devastated. Danny wasn’t particularly helpful when we expressed our concerns, simply stating it was a construction zone and a little dust was expected. As a project manager, I felt he should have ensured the promises made were kept. Looking back, we wish they hadn't offered the furniture moving service; we would have handled it ourselves. As a result of the extensive mess, we had to deep clean our entire home multiple times and move all of our belongings out of the house. We ended up with over $1000 in lost materials, and when we requested compensation, they offered a paltry $150 and demanded we sign a non-disclosure agreement. We refused, and ultimately, we just wanted to share our honest experience to warn others. Floor Hut’s lack of communication and attention to detail left us feeling completely disregarded, and we certainly won't be recommending them.” report abuse

  Honestly, we couldn’t be happier with The Floor Hut. We’d recently gotten our wood floors installed there a few years back, and then just last time, we got our carpeting. We’d been looking everywhere – Home Depot, Lowe’s, Peeks, and even NFM – but nothing compared to the selection and, more importantly, the fantastic service. Creswell, the owner, was just brilliant. He was so knowledgeable, patient, and really took the time to understand what we wanted. And his installation crew – seriously, don’t underestimate the importance of a skilled team!   “I couldn’t be happier with Floor Hut! I got a few quotes and they were really competitive, especially compared to some of the other companies. Phillip Klein was fantastic – he was completely honest and didn’t try to pressure me with any deals. He was also incredibly responsive and professional throughout the whole process. The installation team was amazing too – they were quick, friendly, and did a fantastic job. It’s been about a month since they finished, and everything still looks absolutely perfect. He was incredibly knowledgeable and, more importantly, really took the time to understand what we needed for our new wood floors and carpet. Instead of pushing us towards the most expensive options, he was honest about the quality and helped us find the perfect carpet based on how we planned to use it. Throughout the entire installation process – from the initial consultation to the actual work – Robert was fantastic. He kept us constantly updated with frequent calls and texts, and he even personally checked in on the team’s progress. I truly felt like he was dedicated to making sure everything went smoothly.   “We were absolutely thrilled with the entire experience – from the moment we walked into the store to the final installation. It was fantastic that they had juices for the kids, a really thoughtful touch! Robert was incredibly helpful and knowledgeable throughout the whole process, and he even followed up after installation to check in and make sure we were happy. The installers were so courteous and clearly put in a lot of effort.
