  “We absolutely loved working with Floor Expo! Honestly, we’d been feeling pretty overwhelmed after visiting all the big box stores, but Matthew really helped us narrow things down. He patiently walked us through so many options, and we really appreciated the time he took to bring samples to our home so we could see how they looked with our furniture and walls. We ended up choosing a fantastic SPC product and carpet that he recommended, and the cost was incredibly competitive. The installation team was fantastic – they were punctual and completed the work quickly, and when we had a small issue with one plank, they fixed it immediately without any hassle. We then used them again for our upstairs flooring and stairway, and even for the tile in our upstairs bathroom – a whole different team did that work, and they were equally professional and skilled.   “We were absolutely thrilled with the work Floor Expo did installing our new wood floors on the second floor. Pablo and Jose were fantastic – truly professional and took great care of our home. They really went above and beyond, even protecting the downstairs with floor coverings and removing the old carpet. Pablo identified a need to secure the subfloor in a couple of spots, which he handled perfectly. The whole job took two days as originally estimated, and the finished product looks amazing!   “I have to say, the whole experience with Mr. Zubi, Matthew, and the installation team led by Señor Pablo was absolutely fantastic. It was incredibly smooth and stress-free from start to finish. The installers were fantastic – so meticulous, professional, and courteous, and they worked incredibly quickly. They completed our entire upstairs (around 1500 sq ft plus the stairs) in just three days, and we couldn’t be happier with the results.   “I just wanted to share a really positive experience I had working with Jacob from Floor Expo. My husband and I were going through a really challenging process – we had to replace our flooring due to water damage, which took a long time to fully resolve. Jacob was incredibly patient and understanding with us, working with us to delay the installation until we were absolutely certain the issue was completely taken care of. He even went above and beyond by ensuring we had an extra protective layer between the new flooring and our foundation. It really highlighted to us the importance of using a licensed contractor, especially when dealing with warranties. Beyond that, I was really impressed with the attention to detail – the way they meticulously applied the caulking around the baseboards was fantastic, really showing a commitment to a professional finish.” report abuse
