They unexpectedly raised their prices in October without giving me any warning, and then I was again surveyed in November without any indication of the new rates. When I contacted them to inquire, they didn't seem to understand my concern at all. Because of this lack of communication and their unresponsive attitude, I’ve decided to take my business elsewhere.   “I was incredibly disappointed with the service I received. It was truly unprofessional and the customer service was shockingly bad. Getting anyone to respond to my calls was nearly impossible, particularly Jessica, the Operations Manager. The survey was supposed to be completed within a reasonable timeframe, and I provided extra time given the closing date, but it still wasn’t delivered until the last day. Ultimately, it felt like they didn’t prioritize my needs, and I wouldn’t recommend using their services.” report abuse

  “I’m really disappointed with the service we received. The company promised a survey would be delivered within 5-7 business days with a phone call to schedule a meeting. They didn’t follow through at all – they showed up unannounced on the 7th day and only notified us through a neighbor who said they couldn’t complete the service because they misidentified the property. It was completely unprofessional not to contact us beforehand. After we contacted the company, they pushed the survey back to Friday, and now it’s being delayed until Monday. This isn’t the service I paid for, and I’m extremely frustrated with the lack of communication and organization.” report abuse
