  “Overall, the roofing work itself seemed okay, but I was really disappointed with the lack of communication regarding permits. I expected them to handle getting the necessary city permits, especially since the insurance money was paid directly to them. Unfortunately, I haven’t been able to find any record of a permit having been pulled. Beyond the roof, the other contractors they used did a surprisingly poor job – I’d be happy to provide proof of my experience and some photos of the subpar workmanship if you’d like to see them.” report abuse

  “Concord Roofing did an absolutely incredible job tackling both the water damage and the tree damage to our house. They completely rebuilt the first floor after the leaking pipe caused so much damage, and then, unbelievably, they also replaced our entire roof after a tree fell on the house during a storm!
