  “I contacted USS in December 2021 when a section of the sidewalk near my steps started to drop. It looks like some small cracks have reappeared recently, but thankfully, they’re already scheduling a repair. I spoke with Sarah in their office who arranged for Tommy to assess the situation, and he confirmed the cracks and reassured me that they’re covered by my 5-year warranty. Tommy himself was fantastic – he was incredibly knowledgeable, professional, and so friendly and polite. USS is a really reliable company, and I appreciate their excellent service.” report abuse

  I’m incredibly disappointed with the service I received from this company. They installed a crossspace encapsulation system with two pumps for $30,000, and after just a year, only one pump was functioning correctly. Upon investigation with my own hose, I found a significant leak in the second pump. When they sent a worker, Maurquel, to fix it, they realized they’d done a terrible job, moving the pump and leaving the entire floor completely broken and dirty. Most concerningly, they never actually tested the pump’s performance. They then essentially dismissed the issue and avoided honoring the warranty. Because of this poor workmanship and lack of accountability, I strongly advise against using this company. I live in Spring Hill, Tennessee, and this was a truly frustrating experience. report abuse

He was so helpful and understanding, and he proactively offered to have his team inspect the recently installed piers near the crack.
