When I started noticing condensation in my attic this winter, I reached out, and Michael M was fantastic. He came out right away, took the time to really understand my problem, and suggested some ventilation improvements that made a huge difference. What really set him and MDH apart was that he spent over an hour with me, walking me through the options and helping me make the best decision. No other contractor I spoke with was willing to go to that level of effort. The installation itself was top-notch – another Michael arrived on time and did a beautiful, clean job, explaining everything he was doing and showing me the old materials he removed.   Matt and his team did an absolutely fantastic job renovating our house. From start to finish, Matt was incredibly responsive and fair, and we really appreciated how he kept us fully informed throughout the entire process. We were especially relieved that the project stayed on budget – it’s so rare to find a contractor who delivers as promised.
