Overall, this surveyor presented some concerning issues during our initial consultation. While he seemed to have the right credentials, his approach felt quite unprofessional. He initially suggested a preliminary look around the neighborhood, which we understood. However, he proceeded to drive past our house and then wandered into a neighbor’s yard without asking permission. When we questioned him about it, his response – "Patience, I guess!!!" – was completely dismissive and didn’t address our concerns about his methods. It felt like a very brief and unproductive meeting, and frankly, his reaction left a very negative impression. Adding to the frustration, his subsequent proposal was slightly above our budget, and his lack of communication after our follow-up email ultimately led us to choose a different surveying firm. It’s definitely a reminder to do thorough research and read reviews before engaging a service provider.

“Initially, communication was really positive, but it quickly faded after I told him I only needed a simple shed and wasn’t interested in a full land survey. After that, he stopped responding to me, which was quite frustrating.”

“I was incredibly disappointed with this surveyor. They were incredibly rude, blocked me repeatedly, and seemed more concerned with their equipment than with providing a proper service. Honestly, they barely stayed long, and I wouldn’t recommend using their services.”
