I was incredibly frustrated with this company. I scheduled a chimney cleaning and inspection, but they didn’t show up for my first appointment and simply didn’t communicate. They offered a reschedule and a discount for the second appointment, which I accepted, but they completely failed to show up again. I had to take time off work to be available, and it was a really disappointing and inconvenient experience.
