  Honestly, my experience with CertaPro Painting was incredibly disappointing. I contacted them for a quote to repaint my entire house, and their representative, Nick, was professional enough to come out and assess the job. I was upfront about a previous issue – leftover paint on the ceiling from the last painter, and my specific desire for perfectly straight lines between the walls. However, after just a brief assessment, Nick called to say they wouldn’t be taking on the job, claiming my expectations were too high. It was baffling because he hadn’t even provided a formal quote! Then, the owner backed him up, saying Nick had essentially dismissed my need for a repaint altogether, even suggesting I didn't need it because my house was already well-painted and my color choices were too similar. Ultimately, it felt like CertaPro Painting was unwilling to commit to delivering a quality paint job, and that’s exactly what I was hoping for. Based on this experience, I wouldn’t recommend them if you’re looking for a professional result. report abuse

  I was really pleased with the work CertaPro did on my garage. It had been neglected since the house was built, and the drywall was a complete mess with so many holes and marks. They completely transformed it, making it look brand new!   Overall, I was really pleased with the work CertaPro did on my house. They did an excellent job power washing – the gutters look brand new! And the porch looks fantastic. The team was also incredibly professional and friendly, and they took really good care to clean up after themselves.   Overall, we were really pleased with CertaPro. They responded quickly – they were out within a week of us calling and did a fantastic job on the entire exterior of our house, including the stucco, patching, trim, gutters, and garage door. The process was well-organized, with them power washing on Thursday, painting on Friday, and finishing up on Saturday. We’re really happy with the quality of their work. report abuse
