  Keith was absolutely fantastic – he really went above and beyond when he transferred our alarm system from Digital Life to Brinks. He was so kind, patient, and thoughtful with us throughout the whole process, taking the time to meticulously move all our equipment and replacing anything that needed fixing. He even walked us through everything and helped us customize the system to perfectly suit our needs. We’re so incredibly happy with his service and Keith is definitely our go-to person for any future issues. report abuse

  Honestly, my experience with this company was incredibly frustrating. They presented themselves as a certified Brinks Home Security dealer, and I went through the process of scheduling an installation. The first appointment fell through because the technician had a bizarre incident with a deer, and then another technician spent hours on the phone and ultimately canceled a follow-up appointment without any explanation. To top it off, a third appointment scheduled for a Saturday morning simply didn't happen – no show, no call, nothing. I contacted the main office, hoping for a quick resolution, but received no callback. It was clear they were incredibly unreliable and unprofessional. Because of this completely unacceptable experience, I’ve cancelled my service with Brinks and will be looking for a more dependable security provider. report abuse

  Daniel from Ryder Security was fantastic! He diagnosed and fixed my alarm system, which had been giving me trouble for a while. He replaced all the batteries, installed a new keypad, and even got me set up with the app. He was really professional and patient, and I felt completely reassured that my system is now working perfectly.
