“KW was fantastic – they responded so quickly, sending Chris out within about 90 minutes after we called. Chris was really professional and friendly, and he got the problem with the breaker box fixed up really fast.”

Overall, they seemed to be getting the job done, though I did have some concerns about their communication. Specifically, rescheduling our meeting multiple times – most recently just the day before – was a bit disruptive.

However, a month went by and I still hadn’t received the estimate, so I called them up and they explained they were incredibly busy at the moment.”
