  I’m incredibly disappointed with my experience working with Arch Electric. Dan in sales misrepresented information and, frankly, lied to us, and now he’s completely unresponsive. As a direct result of this dishonesty, they added a significant $8,000+ in unnecessary fees to our account. It’s clear they operate with a lack of integrity and seem to simply hope we’ll disappear. I strongly advise against working with them – they’re known for the “bait and switch” tactic, and you should sign with anyone else. I’m still waiting to hear back from the owner, but I wouldn’t hold my breath. report abuse

  Overall, our experience with ARCH was fantastic. Everyone we spoke with was incredibly helpful and really knowledgeable about their products. They were working with a brand-new inverter at the time, so there were a few initial hiccups, but they worked through everything and we’re now completely set up with a great system – 30 solar panels on our roof and a matching inverter/car charger for our Chevy Bolt. report abuse

  Honestly, I’d steer clear of this company. My experience, combined with what I’m seeing about the future of solar, makes me completely unwilling to do business with them or invest in retail solar panels. I bought an inverter from them on Craigslist, and it quickly became clear I’d been misled. They knew the inverter was faulty – they didn’t disclose it was “for parts only” – and they took advantage of my need for the components, raising the price despite knowing its condition. Once I installed it and it failed, they insisted they hadn't described it as broken, even though they knew it was. It’s frustrating that they’re using PayPal’s non-refundable policy against me, and it really highlights a lack of honesty. It just seems like a classic scam. Plus, with all the advancements in electric technology coming, retail solar just doesn’t seem like a sustainable or environmentally friendly choice anymore. I’d advise anyone considering solar to be extremely cautious – this company doesn't seem to value integrity or transparency. report abuse

  “I was really impressed with this team – they handled everything from start to finish and took a huge weight off my shoulders, especially since I was new to the whole permitting process.
