I was really hoping to get a stump grinder from this company, and unfortunately, my experience was incredibly disappointing. The person I spoke with was extremely rude and dismissive. I simply asked about available sizes and prices, but they immediately became defensive and frankly, quite hostile. It felt like they were rushing me off the phone after just a brief conversation. Sadly, they don’t even carry stump grinders, but the poor customer service experience alone is why I’m giving them just one star.
