Halliday and Bill Lee did an absolutely outstanding job renovating our “Chappy Cottage” on Chapoquoit Island. Given the challenging location – it’s right on West Falmouth Harbor in a dune – we were incredibly impressed with their professionalism and the seamless way they managed the entire project. They started exactly when they said they would and completed everything within the 10-month timeframe, which was truly remarkable. We were out of state most of the time, only visiting the site a few times, but we never had any issues and felt completely confident in their team and the amazing subcontractors they worked with. We’re so grateful for their service – it’s a rare find these days!
