  I’m incredibly disappointed with my experience with this company. I purchased a piece of equipment, and initially everything seemed fine, but it turned out the machine had been rented and was damaged while we were waiting to buy it. Worse, they didn’t tell us about this, and then refused to help us resolve the issue, even after weeks of trying. They’re now completely unresponsive. It’s frankly shocking that they’d try to sell a damaged product without disclosing it, and their claims about excellent customer service and a reliable relationship are completely misleading. It’s clear their definition of “reliable” is very different from mine – and I strongly advise against buying from them. report abuse

The paperwork itself was straightforward and easy to handle.
