  I’m incredibly disappointed with my experience dealing with this company. I purchased a piece of equipment and, initially, everything seemed in order. However, we discovered weeks later that the machine had been rented and was damaged as a result. Worse, the company didn’t tell us about this and still sent the equipment to us. Despite multiple weeks of trying to resolve the issue, they completely refused to cooperate. Now they’re unresponsive – it’s as if they’ve simply disappeared. They advertise excellent customer service and a reliable partnership, but their actions speak volumes. Their claim of providing "quality machines at reasonable prices from a reliable source" feels like a blatant lie. Honestly, I wouldn't trust them at all. report abuse

  “I recently purchased a used Case skid loader from this dealer, and I was really pleased with the whole experience. They were incredibly accommodating, meeting me after hours to finalize the paperwork even though I couldn’t get there during business hours. The paperwork itself was straightforward and easy to handle.
