“I was really disappointed with this company. The customer service was poor, and the representative had a negative attitude. Worse, they completely failed to show up for the job we scheduled, and didn’t even respond to my attempts to contact them.”

Overall, the team is incredibly supportive and friendly, which is fantastic. However, it’s worth noting that things here can be quite fluid – people come and go fairly quickly, much like the tides in South Florida. It seems the longer-term stability tends to be with those closest to the company’s owners. We’re really excited about the upcoming maternity leave and hoping for a more permanent and stable approach to work-life balance in 2020. It would be great if having a family became a more valued consideration than just scheduling meetings and ordering lunches.
