  “I really wanted to give Gino a shout – he was fantastic! He went out of his way to meet with us tonight to discuss a quote, and he really took the time to understand exactly what we were looking for. He walked us through all the options, explaining the good and bad of each, and even offered suggestions on what would look best in our yard. He was so patient and didn’t rush us at all, and it felt like he was already treating us as a confirmed client. Honestly, it’s rare to find a company that prioritizes customer service like this, and his prompt response – he even came out to the property within two days – was incredibly impressive. Given the difficulty we’ve had getting other pool companies to even return our calls, I’m seriously considering him for our 2020 install. Thanks, Gino!” report abuse

  I’m incredibly disappointed with the experience we had scheduling an appointment with Lakeside Pools. We were initially told a Saturday would work, and we went ahead and sent over all the necessary paperwork, but we never received any confirmation or updates. To make matters worse, the phone number we were given led us to a prank call, and when we finally spoke to someone who claimed to be the receptionist, they didn’t seem concerned and just brushed it off. They promised to get in touch with Gino, but it’s been several days and we still haven’t heard anything. This level of unprofessionalism is completely unacceptable, especially considering we’re planning a significant project with a $250,000 budget. We’re so relieved we caught this before we’d committed further. report abuse
