I’m incredibly disappointed with the service I’ve received from Entergy Smart and Soutex. I had an insulation assessment done in October 2024 with the promise of work being completed in my home, and since December, I’ve been trying to get the work started. Despite emails and text messages from both companies confirming they were going to handle the project, nothing has happened. It’s frustrating to hear they were experiencing issues with their offices and file management, but frankly, it’s unacceptable that I’m still waiting on February 5th, 2025, with no action taken. It was especially concerning during the recent snow storm – my son and I were left feeling incredibly cold. Soutex needs to step up and deliver on their commitments, or perhaps reconsider their partnership with Entergy Smart if they can’t manage the workload effectively.

Overall, it sounds like a really positive experience – a fantastic company with a great team.

“We were incredibly pleased with the team’s professionalism and the smooth process they handled for our survey. They did a fantastic job navigating the complexities of our older property, and we really appreciated how hands-off the experience was for us. They took care of all the details – dealing with the city and neighbors – so we just had to sign the paperwork and make the payment. We’d definitely use them again in the future!”
