I’m incredibly disappointed with my experience dealing with Roger. Honestly, I wouldn’t have recommended him if I could. Following my father’s sudden death – he passed away just a month after a very aggressive battle with pancreatic cancer – my siblings and I are understandably overwhelmed with grief and trying to manage his estate. We decided to sell his mobile home, listing it for $3,000 on Craigslist. Roger contacted me, claiming it was for his daughter, and insisted on meeting immediately on Tuesday. Due to a prior commitment – an important conference – I had to decline. We rescheduled for Saturday. Unfortunately, my siblings changed their minds and decided to hold onto the house for a little longer. When I informed Roger, he completely lost his temper, resorting to inappropriate language and insults. It was utterly shocking, considering the circumstances and the obvious distress we were all feeling. It turned out he’s in the used mobile home business himself, and his offer of $3,000 felt incredibly low, especially given the situation. He seemed more interested in a sales pitch than in being respectful. I found his behavior completely unacceptable and would strongly advise others to steer clear of him.

Okay, here’s a natural-sounding evaluation based on the text, as if written by Cheryl: “We spent the afternoon looking at some mobile home options, but it was a really tough day with all the ice. We checked out four trailers, but we couldn’t get to #4 – we didn’t even bother trying. #1 was completely locked up and covered in ice, and #3 was the same. Thankfully, #2 was accessible and the trailer itself was quite nice. It seems like we might need to explore other sources for mobile homes, given the weather conditions.”

Roger was a fantastic partner to work with – he was always so friendly and incredibly responsive. I’d definitely recommend him to anyone looking to purchase a modular home.

“After the devastating house fire, we were so grateful for the incredible service we received. The sales worker, who turned out to be the owner, was truly wonderful – he went above and beyond to get my grandfather a brand new, custom-built home perfectly suited to his insurance settlement.”
-
“I had a really positive experience talking to Brandon about building a home. He was incredibly helpful, answered all my questions thoroughly, and made me feel really well taken care of. I’d definitely recommend chatting with him if you’re looking for some guidance.”

“I was really disappointed with my experience at Huron Homes. As a first-time homebuyer, I went there seeking information, but the staff were incredibly dismissive and just handed me a brochure without taking the time to talk through any of the plans with me. Unfortunately, I felt completely ignored and won’t be returning, nor would I recommend them to anyone.”
-
“I was really disappointed with the experience. After I’d already put down a deposit, they changed the price by ten thousand dollars – that was a completely unexpected and frustrating change.”
-
It’s lovely that there were some good choices available; they were definitely nice homes.
-
“I really appreciated how helpful they were – they answered all my questions and gave me some great guidance to help me make a good decision.”
