“I was incredibly frustrated with the Portage location. I contacted them three times by phone, and each time was transferred to a different person. I also left three voice messages over the course of three days with no response. It took a significant amount of time and effort to finally get a callback, which ultimately led me to move on to another company. I originally gave them a one-star rating, but I’ve adjusted it to two stars due to the eventual callback.”

I had a really frustrating experience with this company. I received a billing statement that they claimed I was misunderstanding, but when I showed it to others, they all agreed it was clear. It appeared they were trying to overcharge me by $127. I contacted the Grand Rapids manager, Kurt, to discuss this, but he essentially dismissed my concerns. He insisted he was reading the same statement and wouldn’t listen to my explanation. He even told me to be quiet so he could “help” me, and then he hung up on me. Honestly, this felt incredibly unprofessional and I’m not sure Southwest Michigan needs a business that treats customers this way.
