  “I was really pleased when I heard they could replace the glass panels and windows – that was a big relief. They did a good job and completed the work in about three weeks, which was appreciated.   Overall, we had a really positive experience. The team was fantastic – they quickly resolved the issue with our window and the new one looks fantastic. However, there was an isolated incident at the front desk with one of the staff members who was being quite disrespectful to her colleagues, which was understandably concerning. report abuse

  “I was really frustrated with this experience. They told me they were severely understaffed and their manager was out of town, which already set a bad tone. Then, they sent someone to take measurements who didn’t even specialize in shower installations – he admitted as much – and, to make matters worse, he accidentally knocked off my cabinet knobs. It felt like a complete waste of my time, especially since I was contacted so early in the morning.” report abuse

  Portland Glass did a great job with the recent work on this property. They expertly installed a large beveled mirror and handled the tricky task of rescreening eight oversized insect screens, as well as the sliding patio door – which, given its size, required them to bring in their shop equipment. report abuse

  “I’m really frustrated with the service I’ve received. I initially had to follow up several times to get my window repair scheduled after paying a deposit, and then, after rearranging my morning, they simply rescheduled without even letting me know they wouldn’t be coming today.
