  I wholeheartedly recommend Quality Insulation of Portsmouth – they did a fantastic job insulating my new home and then finished the room above my garage. From the initial consultation to the final cleanup, everything was handled with such professionalism. They initially installed the standard batt insulation and vapor barrier, but when I needed to complete the space above my garage, Rick came out and gave me three detailed quotes – one for standard batt, one for a hybrid approach, and another for full foam. He really took the time to explain the differences between each option, which was incredibly helpful, especially considering some neighbors had issues with just batt insulation in similar situations. I went with the hybrid approach, and it’s been working perfectly. Rick was just fantastic to work with – he was always responsive, really knowledgeable, and patient with all my questions. The installation team was equally impressive; they were punctual, courteous, and took the time to walk me through the whole installation. The work itself looked absolutely top-notch, and they left the area spotless. They stuck to the schedule and the quoted price, too. Overall, I couldn’t be happier with Quality Insulation of Portsmouth. They provided excellent service, good-quality materials, and a really professional experience.   Honestly, our experience with Quality Insulation of Portsmouth regarding the gas fireplace installation was incredibly disappointing. The fireplace was letting in a significant amount of cold air, and the pilot light kept going out due to drafts. After multiple scheduled appointments that were repeatedly missed, and with no one responding to our calls or messages, the problem is still not fully resolved. It’s partially fixed, but we’re still dealing with a draft. We really can’t recommend Quality Insulation – the lack of communication and follow-up is unacceptable. report abuse
