  Overall, we’re absolutely thrilled with our new windows and sliding door from Monte Verde Bay View! The quality is fantastic, and we especially want to commend Mason – he was incredibly helpful and knowledgeable, pointing out important details we hadn’t even considered. The installation team was also fantastic; they really paid attention to detail and worked with us to get everything exactly how we wanted it. We were also really impressed with the cool features we got, like the kitchen window and screen that open on both sides – it’s a brilliant design that really enhances the space. They're beautiful, block out the sun and noise really well, and we couldn’t be happier with our purchase. report abuse

  Overall, we were incredibly pleased with the window replacement job done by JWG Windows. It was a really big project – twenty-six windows and three doors, including casement, picture, sliding, and French doors, plus a sliding glass door with a built-in doggie door. We were replacing original 1979 windows that were failing, letting all the heat and cool air out. Mason was our main point of contact, and we also met with the owner, Jason. They went above and beyond, especially when we were trying to decide between two different Anlin window designs. They even sent us samples to put in our home so we could really compare them. Honestly, with so many windows to consider, we spent a lot of time researching different materials and brands. Mason was fantastic at doing all the recalculations for us. The installation itself was a smooth two-day process. The crew was so friendly and efficient – they moved our furniture, protected everything with tarps, and before we knew it, the old windows were gone and the new ones were in. What really impressed us was how carefully they trimmed the vinyl to fit perfectly within our wood frames, and the finish work was absolutely fantastic. We chose JWG because of their great reputation, the strong warranty they offered, and the value they provided. We knew Anlin was a reliable manufacturer, and JWG was the best choice for us. The installation was super fast and done really well, and they even went above and beyond by fitting some windows I’d purchased myself.   Mason was fantastic to work with – he was incredibly knowledgeable and made the whole process really enjoyable for my wife and me. We’d narrowed our choices down to two window manufacturers, and I’d already done some research myself.
