  I absolutely love my home – it’s truly a dream come true! I bought Chad Harvell’s flagship model back in May, and from the very first day, it just *felt* like it was designed for me. The black and white farmhouse style, combined with all the fantastic custom features like the beamed ceiling and gourmet kitchen, created such a welcoming and beautiful space. The quality of the build and the workmanship are outstanding. Plus, it’s incredibly quiet and very energy-efficient. I’ve been so impressed with Chad’s team; they’re always so responsive and address any issues quickly – sometimes even within minutes!   “We absolutely love our new home, built by Harvell Construction. Honestly, we’d been struggling to find a house in Powell that met our needs and budget, so we were so relieved when we discovered the development in Cottonwood Village Subdivision. Seeing the quality of their finished homes really put them at the top of our list, and working with Chad made the whole process incredibly smooth – we felt completely comfortable from the first phone call. Chad was fantastic at helping us tailor the floor plan to fit our budget and maximize space, and the design team was amazing too, constantly communicating and keeping everything organized. They really listened to our ideas and presented us with a fantastic range of options. The construction team was top-notch – they finished our home in about six months, and the entire process was so seamless with very few issues. We’re so happy with the final result. The large living areas, spacious laundry room, and generous garage are perfect for our growing family, and the lot size is fantastic.   Chad and his team at Harvell Construction were fantastic to work with. As people who’d previously built an ICF home, we were so pleased to do it again, and their design perfectly suited our needs. Chad really went above and beyond to understand our vision and budget, which is key to a successful project. They completely transformed our hallway, incorporating stunning bookshelves and highlighting the existing beams and fireplace – it was a really special touch.   We absolutely love our new home at Cottonwood Village in Powell, Wyoming! From start to finish, the build was fantastic – the quality was outstanding, the materials were top-notch, and we really appreciated the personalized experience. We’re so happy with our new home and feel incredibly fortunate to have found this wonderful community. It’s a really safe and clean town with great access to healthcare, excellent schools, and tons of outdoor activities for the whole family. And, of course, living in Wyoming with no state income tax is a huge bonus – it’s allowed us to really stretch our budget, and the ICF construction has also helped us save on our monthly utility bills. report abuse

  Harvell Construction did an absolutely fantastic job with the repairs on our house. They were incredibly reliable – showing up on time, which is a huge plus considering the weather we often deal with out here in Wyoming.
