  “We absolutely loved working with Custom Air Inc. as we were building our new home in this area – they really made us feel like part of the family! From the start, they were incredibly helpful in understanding our needs and finding the best options within our budget, and they had fantastic recommendations for units suited to our climate. What really stood out was their respect for our construction requests, especially regarding not installing ductwork until after the spray foam insulation was complete. The whole system – the natural gas furnace, electric air conditioner, and even the radiant tube heater they recommended for the shop – has been working flawlessly. We also had an issue with the mini-split system in our mother-in-law’s apartment after four months, but they responded so quickly, sending a technician within hours. They diligently worked on it for a few days, and thankfully, it resolved itself. To make up for the wait, they even brought out space heaters! And then, unbelievably, they replaced both the indoor and outdoor units at no extra cost! It’s clear they genuinely care about their customers and stand behind their work. The owner, in particular, has been incredibly accommodating, making multiple visits to ensure we were happy with everything. While same-week would have been preferable, I was fortunate to get in so quickly. Jon, the technician, was fantastic – he was clearly knowledgeable and had our furnace running perfectly in no time.   “We were completely freezing when our old furnace finally gave out, especially with that awful cold snap over Easter weekend. Thankfully, Custom Air sent a technician who was fantastic – he got the new furnace installed in just a couple of hours on a Saturday morning.   “We were so pleased with the service we received from Custom Air. We woke up to a freezing house and called them at 7:30 am. To our surprise, Troy answered the phone a full 30 minutes early! He was incredibly responsive and fixed our furnace problem quickly and professionally – we couldn’t have asked for better service, and we definitely recommend them.” report abuse

  Troy did a fantastic job – he was really punctual and his work on the furnace was excellent. What’s more, he took the opportunity to do some general maintenance while he was there, which was a huge help. I wholeheartedly recommend this business, whether you need a small repair or a bigger job done.   This customer had a really negative experience and was extremely disappointed. They felt misled with inflated pricing and ultimately charged an unfair amount. They’ve stated they will not be returning. report abuse
