  Nicole and Matt were absolutely fantastic to work with, truly making the whole process a breeze. It’s amazing how stressful building a new home can be, but Nicole was consistently there, guiding us through every decision and keeping things moving smoothly. She really had a fantastic vision and made selecting everything so enjoyable and uncomplicated. Honestly, we wouldn't have gotten through it without her!   Overall, it seems like these developments, particularly if based on the Ganser construction method, haven’t been well-planned for the surrounding community. It’s concerning that these neighborhoods aren’t addressing broader community needs, and the design seems to be creating significant issues like traffic and noise. Going forward, any new development needs to genuinely benefit the wider community, and developers should be held accountable for any negative impacts they create. It’s particularly troubling when farmers use subsidies to push for zoning changes solely for profit, especially when it clashes with the concerns of existing neighbors. report abuse

  “Honestly, this was by far the worst experience we’ve ever had building a home. From start to finish, we felt like their behavior was incredibly unprofessional and, frankly, unethical.
