  “I was so impressed with Advanced Exteriors’ response when we had that huge hail storm in February. They sent Esteban out the same day to inspect my roof, and he really went above and beyond. He not only helped me file the insurance claim but also acted as my advocate when the adjuster came out – he made sure all the damage was properly documented. Esteban kept me updated throughout the whole process, from ordering the slightly unusual green shingles to being there during the entire installation. I really appreciate their thoroughness and attention to detail, and I hope I don’t need a new roof for a long time, but if I do, I’ll definitely be calling Advanced Exteriors again.” report abuse

Dustin Wambsgans and his team were absolutely fantastic; they really went above and beyond to get the job done quickly and efficiently. From the quality of the shingles to the thorough cleanup, everything was done to a very high standard. I also really appreciated how communicative they were throughout the entire process. Dustin kept me updated with photos of the work as it progressed, which was incredibly reassuring. It was so refreshing to see such honesty and transparency from start to finish. What really stood out was how they treated me – they felt like part of their family. Dustin always ensured someone was available to support me, whether it was dealing with the insurance adjuster or just overseeing the final project.
