  I’m incredibly disappointed with the experience we had with Garcia Roofing. We hired them to install a new roof, and from the start, things went terribly wrong. On the day they began the work, we discovered an 8-foot section of our vinyl siding was a different color, a direct result of their work. The salesman had informed us this was a potential issue, and the Forman was supposed to notify us immediately, but we never received any communication about the damage. Despite multiple calls to the Forman, we were repeatedly told it would be fixed the following day – and it was, but with newly painted siding that matched our original! This felt like a deliberate attempt to hide the damage. Now we’re told the correct siding is on back order, with no estimated delivery date. This whole situation is completely unacceptable and goes against what we were led to believe about Garcia Roofing’s standards. Because of this damage and the way it was handled, we’re seriously questioning the quality of the roof installation itself. We’re extremely dissatisfied and disappointed, and we need this resolved immediately before we consider further action. report abuse

  Overall, I was really pleased with Garcia Roofing. While they weren’t the cheapest option I looked at, I chose them based on a recommendation from a neighbor. Daryl was fantastic – he was incredibly honest and didn’t try to pressure me into anything. The foreman was also really reliable, arriving 30 minutes early and keeping us well-informed. The whole crew was professional and the job itself was completed quickly and efficiently, all in one day. Best of all, my house was cleaner when they left than it was before they started! I’d definitely recommend Garcia Roofing – they’re a truly professional and trustworthy team. report abuse
