  “We experienced a really difficult situation with this contractor. They caused significant damage to our vehicle – nearly $15,000 worth – due to materials spilling from their truck. Attempting to resolve the issue, they offered a very low initial settlement amount to quickly move on. When we rightfully pointed out that they were responsible, their insurance company immediately started putting pressure on us to accept this inadequate offer or to claim the vehicle was a total loss, essentially taking ownership of it themselves. This entire process demonstrated very poor management and frankly, some seriously questionable practices.” report abuse

  I had a truly terrible experience with this company. While driving south on I-17, one of their dump trucks damaged my windshield. The driver didn’t even bother to pull over, and when I contacted the office, they seemed completely indifferent to the issue. The supervisor was incredibly unprofessional and showed absolutely no concern for my situation. Honestly, it felt like they didn't care at all. Given this experience, I’m very concerned about their standards and believe they pose a risk to the community – if they damage a vehicle, I wouldn’t expect them to take any responsibility. report abuse

  I’m incredibly disappointed with the recent work on the I-17 near Flagstaff. It’s now significantly worse than before, especially the southbound lanes that were recently redone. The snowplows have done a terrible job, creating huge chunks out of the road, and the hydroplaning is a serious hazard. Sadly, I understand there was a fatal accident involving a 13-year-old due to these conditions – it's truly heartbreaking. The continued presence of those 65mph speed limit signs on a stretch of road with no actual work is just frustrating and seems like a deliberate tactic to pull over drivers. It’s unacceptable, and it’s lowered my rating from 2 to 1 stars. Frankly, the road design seems completely inadequate, with uneven surfaces and large bumps that the snowplows are quickly destroying. I'm concerned about how this will hold up during the winter and hope they’ve addressed the drainage issues, as it’s already creating a significant river after even a light rain. report abuse

It seems like there have been ongoing issues with drainage, with standing water frequently appearing in the roadway. Now it’s even icy, which is incredibly dangerous. Specifically, the paving job near Munds Park is a real worry – it’s created a very hazardous situation.
