“I really struggled to find reliable reviews for the Home Depot in Prescott – the online tool store kept popping up, and it was hard to get a clear picture of what other customers thought. I’d definitely advise caution if you’re using their home services, especially remodeling. We’ve been dealing with a project that’s been going on for six months now, and it was originally supposed to be finished in just six weeks. They started work on our kitchen back in November 2019, and we still don’t have a completed job as of May 1st, 2020. It’s been over five months without a working stove or oven. To make matters worse, the Arizona Registrar of Contractors has raised concerns about their work quality and how they draft their contracts, which seem to be stacked against the customer.”
