  “I had a really frustrating experience with this company. I contacted them several times to get a fence appraised, but I never received a response. When I finally got through, the representative was dismissive and, frankly, deceptive, sending me misleading information via text. I made it clear I wasn’t interested, but they continued to contact me relentlessly. I ultimately asked them to stop all communication. Honestly, I wish I had read the reviews beforehand – it seems like a pattern of poor service and harassment.” report abuse

  Overall, we were really pleased with the work done on our fencing project. The owners and their project manager were fantastic – incredibly professional and kept us fully informed throughout the process. It was a challenging project with a tight deadline and some unpredictable weather, but they really went the extra mile to ensure everything was completed on time. report abuse

  High Desert Fencing was recommended by our builder, and I initially contacted them about a barbed wire fence project. While they did return my call relatively quickly – about two days after I sent my email – I haven’t heard back from them since. They essentially said they’d let me know if they were interested, but two months have passed with no further communication. I didn’t pursue the matter further as I prefer not to chase businesses for work. I also attempted to access their website, but it appears to be unavailable. report abuse

  Overall, we were incredibly pleased with High Desert Fencing. They did a fantastic job building our fence – the quality is excellent, and the team is truly hardworking and friendly. We really appreciated how quickly they completed the work and the owners were so personable, helpful, and genuinely kind. They went above and beyond when we had an unexpected issue, and we were consistently impressed with their responsiveness – they always returned our calls promptly and answered all our questions with a helpful attitude.   Honestly, I couldn't be happier with High Desert Fencing! As a new resident in Arizona, my contractor steered me their way, and I’m so glad he did. Brad and Patrick did an absolutely fantastic job building my fence – it’s seamlessly blended into my yard and really enhanced the natural beauty of the space. They also went above and beyond, creating a beautiful paver patio that’s turned my backyard into a truly relaxing oasis. What really stood out was how patient and helpful they were. They offered great suggestions without ever making me feel pressured, and they even took care of a water runoff problem in a way that’s both beautiful and functional.   Brad and his team did a fantastic job installing our new fence – about 600 feet of it! We made a few changes during the process, and he handled them all with ease. Everything was completed on schedule and within the agreed-upon price. Seriously, his employees are top-notch and did a really excellent job.   I was really concerned after my call regarding a driver’s aggressive behavior, but the response I received was incredibly frustrating. The representative was dismissive and seemed to deflect blame instead of addressing my concern. Honestly, given that attitude, I wouldn’t trust this company – I worry they wouldn’t take responsibility if something went wrong with their service. report abuse

  “I’d advise anyone considering working with this person to get everything in writing – don’t rely on verbal agreements. I found he struggled to follow through on his promises, consistently delaying the fencing work and offering various excuses for the delays.” report abuse
