  Matt was fantastic today – so helpful and really took the time to thoroughly resolve my issue. He not only fixed the problem, but also explained the cause and how to prevent it from happening again.   “I was really disappointed with AZ Super Plumber. After they replaced my sewer line, they just left these huge chunks of old cast iron pipe lying in the woods behind my house – it was completely unacceptable. Worse, it seems they have no regard for the law, as they didn’t bother to properly dispose of the waste.” report abuse

  “Tim was fantastic – really helpful and responsive. However, Stacy wasn’t quite as reliable. She promised to let me know when Tim was arriving, but she didn’t follow through, and when I brought it up, she insisted she’d call. Ultimately, she didn’t, and she also wasn’t transparent about potential minimum costs – something around $175, I believe. Based on this experience, I’m not sure I’ll be contacting them again.” report abuse

  Tim is a fantastic technician! He really went above and beyond – he not only fixed the water heater issue, but he also proactively replaced parts that were likely to fail, and he’d previously done a great job with the softener, filter, and reverse osmosis system. What really stood out was his professional approach, combined with a really friendly and humorous attitude. I wholeheartedly recommend one of their maintenance plans; it’s already saved us a significant amount of money over the years. report abuse

  Anthony seemed to be a very straightforward, almost detached, plumber. Honestly, I wasn't impressed with his demeanor and wouldn’t recommend AZ Plumbing based on my experience. report abuse

  “I was really impressed with Anthony from AZ Super Plumber. We had a significant leak at the connection between our water tank (installed about 13 months ago) and the garage, and he quickly identified the issue – likely a problem with the valve or the pipe itself. He was able to pinpoint it just by looking and feeling around. Honestly, we shouldn’t have to pay to have the whole area dug up again if it turns out they used a cheaper plastic pipe or valve. We’re currently working with the water tank company to see if they’ll cover the repair. Overall, we’ll absolutely be calling AZ Super Plumber for any of our future plumbing needs.” report abuse
