“We hired this company hoping to get our rebuilt home plans sorted out after our house fire, which was a really stressful situation for us. We were looking for someone to just answer a few questions before committing to an $8800 quote – we felt that was a reasonable request given the amount of money involved. However, our attempts to speak with someone were consistently ignored. We had to repeatedly email them just to get a response, and after about a month of no communication, we ultimately had to move our business elsewhere. It felt completely dismissive and like they weren’t interested in helping us at all. Honestly, it was a huge waste of our time, and we won’t be working with a company that makes us feel so unimportant.”

Overall, the survey itself was adequate, but it wasn’t what we needed. We hired this company specifically because we required an expert witness for an adverse possession case, and they were aware of that from the start. Unfortunately, they declined to provide the expert witness service, which was a major disappointment. Had they been upfront about this limitation early on, we would have chosen a different provider. If you’re only looking for a standard survey, this company might be suitable, but don’t expect them to fulfill the need for expert testimony.

“Overall, this person demonstrated a really professional approach and a strong work ethic. They tackled problems methodically and consistently achieved positive results.”
-
This firm consistently impressed us with their expertise and professionalism – they’re a truly top-notch operation.
-
“Unfortunately, this individual was consistently unresponsive and displayed a lack of professionalism.”
