  “I called on July 17th to schedule a service for my garage door. When I explained the issue to the person who answered, they said they couldn’t give me an estimate over the phone and would need to send someone out to assess the problem. Unfortunately, they then became quite rude and raised their voice, so I just hung up.” report abuse

  It seems like they consistently cancelled our attempts to connect, despite three separate tries. Three cancellations feels like a reasonable point to reassess the situation. report abuse
