  “I’d used this company a couple of times back in the early 2000s and was really pleased with their work then, so much so that I recommended them to others. Recently, when I bought a new house, I needed a quick quote for some work, but I was completely ignored after they promised to send one. It seemed like they just didn’t want the job, which is disappointing, but making a commitment and then vanishing like that isn’t acceptable – it’s just not a reliable way to run a business. I don’t know what’s changed with the company, but I wouldn’t recommend them now.” report abuse

  “I can’t recommend this company. We hired them to do some extensive work – our driveway, sidewalk, and patio – and unfortunately, it was a really frustrating experience. Initially, the quote seemed good, and they were one of the most affordable options. However, on the day of the work, they had to stop midway through the backyard patio because they were worried about damaging our house. They did complete the driveway and sidewalk, and a portion of the patio, but we were then billed for the entire job, including the unfinished work. We had to argue with them about it, and thankfully, we were able to get that resolved. But then, the problems just kept escalating. The sidewalk started sinking again, and we noticed water was pooling against our house because they hadn’t raised the patio high enough. We contacted them about the warranty, but 14 months later, nothing has been done. One of the workers, Nick, just stopped responding, and it’s been a complete lack of communication. They contacted us six months after we first inquired about the warranty, only to realize they hadn’t even sent us the final bill. Despite all of this, they still haven’t addressed the ongoing issues. Honestly, it’s been a huge waste of time and money, and I’d strongly advise anyone considering using them to look elsewhere.” report abuse

Luke came out in the spring to assess our driveway and retaining wall needs, and the office staff kept us perfectly informed throughout the whole process – scheduling and everything. The crew, especially the foreman, was incredibly helpful and explained everything clearly. We felt the pricing was very reasonable, and we’d absolutely recommend them without hesitation. They kept me fully updated throughout, and I really appreciated their professionalism, especially when they encountered some vehicle issues that caused a slight delay.   “I’m really disappointed with the ongoing issue with the sidewalks. They were raised a few years back, and unfortunately, almost all of them have since sunk. We contacted the new owner multiple times over three months, hoping for a resolution, but we were ultimately told there was no warranty on the original work. It seems the new owner wasn’t willing to take responsibility for the repairs, which is frustrating, especially considering the inherent challenges of this type of work and the impact of weather.” report abuse

  John and his team did a fantastic job replacing our egress window and raising the front stoop using their new foam process last fall. They were incredibly friendly, efficient, and professional – we were really pleased with the quality of their work.
