  “MCS did an absolutely fantastic job with our driveway – they stuck to the plan perfectly and were on schedule. Beyond that, the owners were really involved and took the time to show the younger members of the team how things should be done. We felt really well taken care of, and they even went above and beyond by helping us mix a batch of cement so our kids could make handprints!   “We were really pleased with the work Minnesota Concrete Solutions did on our machine shop floor. The existing floor had some unevenness from concrete curling, and we needed a solid solution to stabilize it for our CNC machines. They recommended a closed-cell foam, which turned out to be exactly what we needed. The team was fantastic – incredibly responsive, communicative throughout the whole project, and they were fantastic at working around challenges and keeping the area clean every day.   Overall, we were really pleased with the work Minnesota Concrete Solutions did on our new construction home. We had a significant issue with settling under our concrete slab, with some areas sinking up to 4 inches. Doug from their team came out and quickly assessed the situation, and we felt confident in their ability to fix it. They drilled through the floor in a few spots, injected foam, and brought the floor back down to within 1/8th to 1/4th of an inch – a fantastic result! report abuse

They completely removed the old surfaces and even the landscaping rock to create a much wider sidewalk that stretches the entire length of the driveway – it’s brilliant!   Overall, I had a really positive experience working with MN Concrete Solutions. Doug was fantastic – incredibly responsive and always kept me updated on everything.   Honestly, I’m really disappointed with this experience. The concrete cracked within a year, and they’re refusing to take any responsibility, citing their contract. It’s just frustrating when a contractor won’t stand behind their work. I’ve had a much better experience with another company in the past, where they addressed similar issues years later. So, I’d definitely advise you to do your research and keep looking for a contractor you can trust. report abuse
