  Honestly, I don’t usually write reviews unless something really impressed me, and Yarbough Pools completely exceeded my expectations. We were so excited to finally have a pool for our new home, but we ended up putting one in sooner than we anticipated. We contacted a few pool companies in the area, and from the very beginning, working with Eduardo was a fantastic experience. He was incredibly professional, honest, and stuck to our budget perfectly – actually, he went above and beyond, anticipating potential cost increases and keeping us fully informed. He really took the time to guide us through all our options and helped us make informed decisions. The whole process was surprisingly smooth and enjoyable, and Eduardo treated us with so much respect and patience, recognizing this was a significant investment.   Honestly, I wouldn't recommend Yarbrough Pools. We had a really frustrating experience with our new pool installation. Eduardo did a lot of hard work, but unfortunately, there were some serious issues with his integrity throughout the project. The first pool liner arrived riddled with holes, and he patched them while we waited for a replacement. Sadly, the second liner also had holes, and he just stopped working on the pool. Eventually, a third liner was installed, but within a month, it’s already showing signs of wear and pulling away from the sides. He immediately suggested we hire someone else, and frankly, it felt like he was trying to avoid taking responsibility. To add to the problems, he installed the skimmer basket too low, and after the cement was poured, he had to dig it up – the new cement looks terrible, and we agreed that needed fixing. We were planning to hold back a portion of our final payment to ensure he addressed these issues, but he assured us he would take care of everything. It’s a shame because we fully trusted him and paid him in full, but he’s now simply walked away with our money. It’s completely unacceptable – a good contractor would have stepped up and made things right, especially after we’d already paid for a finished, functioning pool. report abuse
