I’m incredibly disappointed with this company’s lack of professionalism. I initially contacted them on June 16th, clearly outlining the deadlines we needed to meet, and was assured it wouldn’t be a problem – they said they’d get to it the following week. Despite repeated emails and calls every week since, I received absolutely no response. It took them three weeks to finally offer a list of surveyors to contact, and frankly, it’s now seriously jeopardizing our closing and potentially losing the entire deal. Their response feels completely dismissive and avoids taking responsibility. Frankly, if you’re looking for someone who follows through on their promises, you should look for another company.

“I really want to thank the gentleman I spoke with – I just couldn’t quite catch his name! But honestly, the service I received regarding my questions about the previous survey on my property was absolutely outstanding. They patiently answered everything I asked, and even took the time to help me navigate the GSI website. It’s clear why they’re so busy and highly rated; I’d have happily waited longer to use their services again – they’re definitely worth the wait!”

“Overall, I’ve been really pleased working with this company. They handle a significant amount of work for me and my network, and I always feel their rates are reasonable. I was a little surprised to see some negative feedback, as I’ve had consistently positive experiences myself.”
-
“Overall, we had a really positive experience working with the Northstar Engineering team. They were consistently professional and delivered everything we needed in a reasonable timeframe. We’d definitely consider them again for future projects.”

Here’s a natural-sounding evaluation based on the text: “The Wildhorse Creek Levee project has unfortunately resulted in significant problems for the residents of Pueblo. We’ve seen widespread flooding and concerning ground subsidence. While the firm’s principal is placing the blame on the property owners for issues stemming from old cesspools and water diversion, it’s clear this is a fundamentally flawed approach. It appears the firm is attempting to shift responsibility away from its own design and oversight, essentially blaming the victims of a situation they contributed to creating.”

“I’ve been working with this company for over 20 years and can’t recommend them enough. They’ve handled everything from subdivision design and surveying to foundation design – really comprehensive engineering services.”
-
“Overall, we’ve been really pleased with NorthStar – their service and communication have been excellent, and we’re definitely planning to continue our partnership with them.”
-
“The pricing here feels incredibly excessive – almost laughably so – for what you’re getting. They’re charging a huge premium, far beyond what the market would suggest for these basic services.”
-
“This professional was incredibly knowledgeable and really went above and beyond to be helpful.”
-
“Overall, it was a really positive experience – the service was excellent and the work was done well.”
