They were always on time, clear in their communication, and truly went above and beyond.   Coastal Pools were fantastic – we couldn’t recommend them enough! From the initial design and planning stages right through to the final completion of our inground pool, they kept us completely in the loop. Their office manager was incredibly responsive, always answering our emails and calls promptly and letting us know exactly when each part of the process – like the digging, plumbing, and masonry – was scheduled to happen.   Honestly, I’m really disappointed with this company. The pool construction itself was just average, but the issues went far beyond that. They completely missed the deadline – it took them nearly six weeks longer than promised. To add to that, they were incredibly unreliable with scheduling and never seemed to keep their appointments. Once the pool was finally finished, we received absolutely no information about it at all. Throughout the project, they kept trying to upsell us on extra features, which was frustrating considering we were already paying a premium price upfront. It became clear that most of the work was handled by subcontractors, and they had very little control over the quality or even the timeline. I felt completely ripped off considering the terrible service. The only positive thing I can say is that the foreman assigned to my job was genuinely helpful and responsive, but the office staff seemed completely uninterested in my concerns. If you’re already having a pool installed, I wouldn’t recommend this company – give them a negative review! After they handled my issues so poorly, I had to lower my rating to one star. report abuse
