  Honestly, I was really disappointed with Steve’s service. He went about handling my property dispute in a completely inappropriate way, inviting the other party to my property without consulting me first. Then, he offered to just give them my plot plan without even asking me for permission. When I questioned him about it, he abruptly said he was too busy to continue the work. It felt like he wasn't prioritizing my needs. The plot plan has been delayed for over a month, and his initial estimate of three weeks was way off. I’d strongly suggest looking for a more dependable surveyor – communication and responsiveness were major issues. He also seemed to require constant reminders and didn’t respond to many of my emails or text messages, which made the process even more frustrating. report abuse

  Steve, I was really disappointed with the service I received. I initially requested a proposal on February 14th and was pleased with the price. I was particularly concerned about the timeframe, especially after a previous surveyor had taken so long and left me feeling completely frustrated. You assured me it would take about three weeks, which I accepted. However, after asking for an update on March 8th, you explained the delay was due to the weather. Then, on March 10th, you requested my office address, which I took as a positive sign that the survey was complete. Despite my subsequent emails – I’ve reached out three times – I haven’t received any communication about the progress. It’s incredibly unprofessional not to keep me informed, and frankly, my time is valuable. I need to know if you’re working on this, or if not, an honest update would have been appreciated. report abuse
