  Patrick and his team did an absolutely fantastic job. From the very beginning, he took the time to really assess the issue and then clearly explained his recommendations, walking me through the “why” and “how” of the repairs. I especially appreciated how patient they were – they answered all my questions, even the ones that seemed silly to me, and really helped me understand the foundation. The quality of their work was outstanding; they were incredibly meticulous, and the lawn looks completely restored – I barely noticed they’d been there!   Patrick and the MRW team did an absolutely fantastic job repointing our condo in Charlestown. We had a section needing repair, a small area near our roof, and two spots around our windows, and they took care of everything quickly and expertly. We were really impressed with their quote – it was fair and competitive compared to other masonry companies we’d gotten estimates from. They completed the work in under a week, and the quality was outstanding. We’d been battling leaks from one of our windows after heavy rain, but after the torrential downpour last Thursday, May 30th, we saw a huge difference – not a single drop of water came in.   I’m so glad I found MRW – it’s been a fantastic experience working with them. I needed some significant masonry work done: repointing my basement wall, stairs, and replacing an outside concrete pathway. From the very first contact, Patrick was incredibly professional, honest, and straightforward. He even suggested installing gutter extensions, which quickly solved the water problem and was a brilliant solution. However, he was upfront about his workload and explained that it would be about three months before he could start the actual repairs. That was a really reassuring sign, showing just how busy and in-demand his services are. Thankfully, another job was delayed, and they were able to get started on my project just 45 days after I initially contacted them. The crew and Patrick themselves were fantastic – truly professional, respectful of my property, and they listened carefully to my needs.
