“I can’t recommend this service. They were incredibly disruptive – blasting loud music for hours before 7am and ringing my doorbell repeatedly while my daughter was trying to sleep, clearly trying to upsell me. They also left a terrible mess on my property, damaging my lawn and driveway. Honestly, they were the worst service I’ve ever experienced, and I’d go with anyone else.”
-
This project was a significant challenge. We encountered serious issues with safety, it moved incredibly slowly, and ultimately went way over budget. There was also a considerable amount of mess left behind, and the timeline was repeatedly blown, suggesting a fundamental problem with the process. It felt like a complete mismanaged situation.
-
“Honestly, it was pretty disappointing. There was a lot of trash left behind, and the way the hose was handled – without asking and then left muddy – felt really disrespectful. It gave the impression they weren't taking care of the space.”
-
This looks like a really solid operation – the team has excellent knowledge, and they clearly do a fantastic job with excavation and paving work.

Okay, here’s a natural-sounding evaluation based on the text: “I’m incredibly frustrated with this company. Since starting their operations on Durand Ave, we’ve experienced a shocking number of issues. My internet line has been cut six times – that’s completely unacceptable. Beyond that, they’ve repeatedly blocked our driveway, particularly during the mornings when we’re trying to get to work. And to make matters worse, they’re damaging the newly paved road at all hours, including 10 pm, causing significant noise disturbances and disrupting our sleep. Honestly, this company needs a serious overhaul – either a complete review of their staff and procedures, or they should seriously reconsider continuing their business.”
-
“We’ve continued to observe some concerning driving behavior, including unsafe lane changes, and haven’t received any follow-up from the drivers involved. Specifically, we witnessed a Safety Coordinator engaging in reckless driving earlier today. Despite reporting these incidents and contacting Kevin regarding the drivers’ actions, there’s been no response or action taken. It’s clear that driver safety isn’t being prioritized, and the lack of communication from Kevin is a significant issue.”
-
“I’m extremely concerned about the roadwork being done on North Ave. in Brookfield. The company seems to be completely disregarding the dust issue – it’s covered my car, my coworkers’ vehicles, and even district vehicles. They did the same thing last year with asphalt, and the residue damaged my car’s paint, requiring professional cleaning. The fact that they were previously warned by the DNR to use a water spray system and then simply moved the operation two miles away to continue without it is unacceptable. It’s clear they’re prioritizing cost savings over public safety. I, along with a colleague, reported this issue to the DNR this year, and frankly, they need to be held accountable for this ongoing negligence.”
-
“I just wanted to express my sincere appreciation for the crew’s work repaving 89th Street. They did a fantastic job, especially considering all the challenging weather conditions they faced this summer and fall. They were also incredibly considerate of our access to our property during the project – we really appreciate their professionalism.”
-
“They tend to take on too much responsibility and often start projects without fully following through. I’ve noticed several instances where projects were initiated but then just remained unfinished for extended periods – sometimes days, sometimes even weeks.”
-
Overall, the team did a fantastic job – they were really polite, hardworking, and delivered excellent results.
