We’d been completely new to the process of designing and building a luxury home – it was a blank slate – and they really took the reins, guiding us through every step. We’ve been with them for almost 18 months, and we’ve had so many meetings, calls, and chats – probably over 100 hours worth! – and it’s been a genuinely enjoyable experience. They were incredibly patient, always putting our needs first and offering fantastic advice. From the very beginning, they made the entire process of designing our new house so smooth and enjoyable – even things like the soil tests and the final handover with the builder felt stress-free. They really listened to our vision for a modern home and expertly turned our ideas into something truly amazing that we absolutely love. We were especially impressed with the architect’s input; the floor plan and roof design were far better than we could have imagined. Communication was excellent; we constantly reviewed the drawings and plans shared on Slack, and any changes we requested were addressed quickly and efficiently. He was incredibly friendly, professional, and clearly knowledgeable, while still always respecting everyone’s input.
