I’m incredibly disappointed with the service I received today. The driver of truck number 210 was extremely unprofessional and nearly caused a serious accident. He deliberately boxed me out while exiting the ramp from 15-501 onto I-40, coming from behind and passing me as I was merging. I had to brake hard to avoid a collision, and my daughter was understandably very frightened. It’s concerning to witness such reckless behavior, and it reflects poorly on the company’s standards. I have video evidence of the incident and worry about how their employees treat both other drivers and customers.
