  “I’ve been a customer here a few times, and honestly, my experience buying my front door was fantastic. The quality was outstanding, the installation was quick and professional, and they stuck to their deadlines perfectly – it really transformed the look of my house. However, getting initial quotes for a full door replacement has been a bit of a letdown. I usually just get a brochure and leave feeling like my needs aren’t really being understood. It felt like they weren’t invested in my project. I’m planning to replace all my hollow core doors eventually, and I’m going to try again this week to get things moving. I really appreciated the amazing service I received with the recent two doors I bought – Terry was incredibly helpful and went above and beyond to ensure everything was perfect, especially given it’s a surprise for my husband.   “We had a really frustrating experience with this company. Terry came to our home to measure for 17 windows, but we never received an estimate. Then, four weeks later, we spent over an hour at the Rancho Cucamonga store selecting two entry doors, still without an estimate. Frankly, it felt like our time was being wasted, and we found their service to be quite unprofessional. As a result, we ended up going with other businesses to purchase our new Milgard windows and a beautiful mahogany door.” report abuse

  I just left and unfortunately had a really poor experience. I asked a woman about the price range for a new door with installation, and she responded in a dismissive and frankly, condescending way, laughing at me and simply saying "it depends." It felt like she assumed I couldn't afford it. I wouldn’t recommend this place – the customer service was quite unpleasant. report abuse

  “I’ve been really disappointed with this company. I spoke with a woman about getting a quote for sliding doors, but weeks have passed and I still haven’t received a call back. We even followed up to remind them, but nothing. It feels like a complete waste of my time.” report abuse

  “I was really disappointed with this business. I went to their location on Saturday, which was open, and they didn't even return my call. There was a sign apologizing for missing my call, but it didn’t change the fact that they weren’t responsive.
