“I’ve been really impressed with Houston Floors – every job they’ve done has been top-notch. They’re fantastic about getting things fixed if something unusual happens, which thankfully isn’t very often. Honestly, don’t just go for the cheapest price; they’re competitively priced too. The owners themselves use their products in their homes, so you know they stand behind what they sell. It’s great to see a family-run business that still provides such excellent service, both in the store and at your home. I wholeheartedly recommend Houston Floors.”

Honestly, we were really disappointed with Houston Flooring. We reached out about a relatively small laminate repair job, and they didn’t respond at all. Given we were upfront about the potential cost and the fact that the job wasn’t a huge undertaking, we expected some communication. Because of this, Houston Flooring will definitely not be the first company we contact when we’re renovating our whole house in the next 6-9 months.

“Houston Floors has been a trusted part of the Rancho community for a long time. They offer a really impressive selection of flooring, and I was really impressed with their honesty and the quality of their work – you can tell they take pride in what they do. It’s great to support a family-owned business.”
-
“I was looking for remnant carpet and although they didn't have any in stock, the staff were incredibly helpful and directed me to Best Carpet – a huge time-saver and I really appreciate their assistance.”
-
This flooring and backsplash are really lovely – the flooring seems to be quite water-resistant, which is a great feature, and the backsplash adds a beautiful touch.

“I was disappointed with the service received; the information provided was inaccurate and felt quite unprofessional.”
