  “We were looking at a few different contractors for our LVP flooring and were seriously considering another one, but after meeting with Danny and his team, we just felt like they were the perfect fit for our project. Danny was so patient and really took the time to walk us through all of our options, making sure we were completely happy with our final choice. The installation itself went really smoothly, although the rain did throw a bit of a wrench in things. But the team was incredibly helpful – they even managed to wrangle our furniture, accommodate someone working from home, and deal with our crazy dogs!   Overall, I had a really positive experience with Floor Coverings International RC. Danny and Patty were fantastic – they brought a great mobile showroom to my home and patiently walked me through all the different flooring options, clearly explaining the benefits and drawbacks of each. I appreciated how easy it was to talk to them and how quickly they responded to my questions. The pricing was reasonable, and the installation itself was perfectly on time and done to a really high standard.   I was a little disappointed when the carpet arrived – the color wasn’t quite what I’d ordered. However, Jocelyn and Vachik really turned things around. Jocelyn quickly drove out to my place with some samples so I could pick the correct color, and Vachik made sure my keys to the rental property were delivered the next day. Both of them went completely above and beyond to ensure I was happy, and I truly appreciate their fantastic customer service – it was 5-star quality! report abuse

  Overall, we’re really pleased with the new floors, which is why we initially chose this company. Patty was fantastic – professional and had exactly the product we were looking for. However, the experience wasn’t entirely smooth. The installation crew wasn’t as meticulous as we’d hoped, and we ended up having to have them return to fix several problems after Patty’s inspection. We also had a significant issue with water leaking from our kitchen ceiling, which turned out to be due to a loose washing machine hose and an improperly replaced drain pan – problems the crew hadn't addressed properly. It took over a week for Patty to send someone out to fix it, and we were also frustrated that they took the paint we’d left to match the trim and didn’t use it. We had to chase them down to get the paint ourselves. Patty was often unavailable when we called, and it felt like the issues weren’t being taken seriously. Despite loving the floors themselves, we were disappointed with the level of customer service we received. report abuse

  Overall, Danny and Pattie did a fantastic job explaining everything to us and we were really pleased with the final result. While we were hoping for a more detailed timeline for the different stages, they managed to pull everything together successfully. The crew were also excellent – they were incredibly thorough and kept the area clean at the end of each day, and Julian, the lead, was particularly good at addressing any questions or concerns we had.
